You will serve food and beverages, anticipate guests' needs with empathy, maintain cleanliness and hygiene, and collaborate with kitchen teams to support safe, efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly, attentive and professional manner
• Provide outstanding customer service by anticipating guests' needs at every stage of their visit and addressing any concerns or queries with empathy and positivity
• Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout dining and service areas, adhering to all health and safety regulations
• Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and back-of-house teams to support smooth operations and contribute to an inclusive and safe working environment
• Demonstrate flexibility and resilience when managing multiple tasks simultaneously, adapting to challenges with a solution-oriented approach
• Comply with all food safety, sanitation and catering guidelines established within the organisation
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and colleagues, ensuring transparency and understanding at all times
• Support the team in achieving operational goals whilst maintaining organised and efficient service standards
