Job summary

The George in Rugby, part of Stonegate Group, is seeking an experienced Front of House Team Leader to guide and inspire the wider team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

You will work alongside the management team to maintain smooth operations, foster a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and ensure consistency across service.

This role involves leading service during busy periods, training staff, and upholding brand standards across our pubs.

The George, Rugby is a traditional British pub, well-known for its legendary Sunday roasts and menu of family favourites.
