Job summary

The George in Rugby, part of Stonegate Group, is seeking a Front of House Team Leader to guide the team in delivering an outstanding guest experience with warmth and hospitality. You will work closely with the management team to maintain smooth operations and consistency across service areas.

Ideal candidates will have prior Front of House or hospitality leadership experience, a passion for guest care, and the ability to foster a welcoming atmosphere in a busy pub environment.
