The Ballencrieff in Bathgate is seeking a Front of House Team Leader to guide our pub team and deliver an outstanding guest experience.

You’ll work with management to implement our vision, maintain smooth service, and foster a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

The role is full-time, on site, with opportunities for development and employee benefits.
