Job summary

Stonegate Group is seeking an experienced Front of House Team Leader to guide the Ballencrieff team and deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will lead service, train staff, and ensure smooth opening and closing procedures.

You will work alongside management to uphold a warm, welcoming atmosphere, coordinate shifts, and maintain high standards in a busy Bathgate pub known for great pub grub, live sport, and vibrant events.
