Qualifications
- Experience leading front-of-house teams in a busy hospitality setting.

Responsibilities
- Lead by example on shift and support management to deliver smooth front-of-house operations.
- Ensure outstanding guest experiences through warm hospitality and service.
- Take a lead role on the floor during peak service to maintain pace and energy.
- Assist with serving across bar, restaurant, and outdoor areas while upholding presentation standards.
- Support opening and closing procedures to ensure the venue is prepared for service and reset after trade.
