Job summary

Stonegate Group is seeking a Front of House Team Leader for Graduate, a fantastic city centre pub in Sheffield. Lead and motivate the wider team to deliver an amazing guest experience at Graduate, working alongside the management team to bring the shared vision to life.

You will help maintain smooth operations, foster a warm environment, and ensure guests feel welcome and valued. The role requires 18+ due to alcohol service and offers a dynamic, engaging pub culture.
