This is an exciting opportunity to join our new opening and become part of one of the most successful restaurant groups in the UK.

About the Role

Lounges are special places, and what makes them so are the brilliant people who run them. As a Supervisor, you'll support the management team to maintain excellence, delivering 14 great shifts with the team to ensure every customer leaves happy. Your supervision will ensure the smooth operation of the lounge, making it a popular spot for the local community. This role requires a proactive leader who sets high standards and leads by example.

Candidate Requirements
  • Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or front-of-house team member, ideally in restaurants, bars, cafes, or coffee shops, ready to step into management
  • Experience working in a bar environment with food and drinks service
  • Passion for hospitality and excellent customer service
  • Driven and resilient in overcoming challenges
  • Strong literacy skills and attention to detail for reporting on KPIs
  • Excellent communication skills to build rapport and trust
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently under pressure and within timescales
  • Knowledge of best practices in sales, forecasting, HR, and NPS
