Job summary

Loungers is hiring a Front of House Supervisor for Argo Lounge, part of our Casual Dining Group. The role offers up to £13.30/hr plus tips, with staff meals, 50% food & drinks discounts from day one, and flexible evening/weekend shifts.

The Supervisor will lead shifts, support management, coach the team, and ensure top service, cleanliness, and safety. This is an ideal next step for an experienced hospitality supervisor seeking progression within Loungers.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality roles such as supervisor or team leader.
• Ability to lead by example on the floor and set pace for the team.
• Comfortable coaching and motivating staff during service.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front during busy shifts to deliver great service and smooth operations.
• Support the management team with opening/closing tasks and maintaining standards on the floor.
• Coach, guide and motivate the team so everyone knows their role and feels confident during service.
• Ensure cleanliness, presentation, food safety, allergens and cash handling processes are followed.
• Handle customer queries or complaints confidently to turn visits into great experiences.
• Contribute to sales by managing the bar and pass and creating a welcoming Lounge environment.
