Role: Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead from the front, setting a high pace for your team to ensure timely and quality service.

What you'll bring:

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or a front-of-house team member aiming for management, with background in restaurants, bars, cafes, or coffee shops.
• Experience in a bar environment with food and drink service.
• A passion for hospitality and natural leadership abilities.
• Driven, resilient, and proactive in overcoming challenges.
• Strong literacy, attention to detail, and reporting skills related to KPIs.
• Excellent communication skills to build rapport and trust.
• Self-motivated, able to work at pace with minimal supervision, even under pressure.
• Knowledge of sales building, forecasting, reporting, recruitment, HR, and NPS best practices.
