• Shifts: Minimum of 40 hours per week
• Location: Trafford
• This permanent role requires availability for shifts that include late evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervising front of house operations in a fast-paced environment, ensuring cleanliness and health & safety standards
• Controlling operational costs and wastage
• Meeting store targets and ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
• Upholding Archie’s brand standards and suggesting improvements
• Implementing policies on staff hygiene and uniforms
• Motivating, mentoring, and developing team members, providing feedback and guidance
• Handling customer queries professionally and calmly
• Delivering an excellent Archie’s experience, including greeting customers warmly, upselling, and maintaining cleanliness
• Being enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and taking ownership of your role

Requirements and skills:

• Experience as a front of house Team Leader or Supervisor in a QSR or branded restaurant
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Reliable, punctual, flexible to work across 7 days
• Quick learner with leadership potential
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and pride in your work
• Enthusiasm for the role and getting the job done
