Job Description

We are looking for an energetic, service-driven Supervisor to join our award-winning team at our flagship asset in St James. This role is ideal for someone with a strong focus on customer service.

You will maintain a 5-star welcome experience for guests and visitors of this busy multi-occupied building.

Collaborating closely with the building management and events team, you will create memorable customer experiences.

As the focal point of the building, you will coordinate front-of-house services and report issues through the appropriate channels. This role requires working with high-end clients, understanding their needs, and focusing on service standards.

Salary: £38,000

Qualifications

Candidates should have attention to service standards, strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience in hospitality or customer service industries is beneficial. Good knowledge of MS Office, self-motivation, problem-solving skills, and a basic understanding of facilities management are required. Supervisory experience is preferred.
