Job summary

BaxterStorey is hiring a Front of House Supervisor to join our Leeds team on a full-time basis. You will supervise the main counter, ensure top service standards, and support a busy operations floor at Amazon LBA5. The role emphasizes training, staff development, and guest satisfaction.

You will work 35 hours per week, with shifts across 5 days of a 7-day cycle, and earn up to £14 per hour. We value teamwork, flexibility, and a commitment to our core hospitality values.

Qualifications

• Supervise main counter and set clear expectations.
• Monitor stock/presentation and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervision Looking after main counter - Set clear expectations and provide ongoing feedback to maintain a high level of performance
• Quality Control - monitor stock and presentation, and service standards to ensure they meet or exceed customer expectations. Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
• Customer Service - foster positive relationships with clients and guests, addressing their needs and concerns. Handle customer inquiries, requests, and special dietary requirements with professionalism and courtesy. Be curious, solicit feedback from clients to continuously improve catering services Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to regular weekday shifts
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Able to follow processes and work efficiently in a busy environment
• Flexible with shift times, Previous experience commensurate with role
