What You'll Bring:

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or a front-of-house team member aiming for management, with a background in restaurants, bars, cafes, or coffee shops
• Experience in a bar environment with food and drink service
• A passion for hospitality
• Drive and resilience to overcome challenges
• Good literacy and attention to detail for reporting KPIs
• Excellent communication skills to build rapport and trust
