Upham Inns is reopening The Red Lion in Leighton Buzzard and inviting friendly, enthusiastic people to join the Front of House team. You’ll deliver warm hospitality, guide guests through menus and help create memorable experiences in a busy pub environment.

Qualifications

• Friendly and enthusiastic individuals with a willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and teamwork to create memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to adapt to shift patterns and deliver excellent hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and settle them in with warmth.
• Share menu recommendations and help guests choose their next favourite.
• Serve food and drinks with care and attention to detail.
• Keep the pub clean, welcoming, and well-presented at all times.
• Keep service flowing by communicating with the kitchen and teammates.
• Follow allergen procedures and health & safety standards.
