Job summary

RUSH Hair & Beauty Balham is seeking a friendly Front of House Superstar to welcome clients and manage our busy reception at Balham salon. You will be the first point of contact, delivering a warm, professional experience and supporting the team with bookings and inquiries.

We’re looking for someone with strong communication, multitasking ability, and a professional, approachable manner. Weekend availability and a passion for customer service are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or front of house role, salon or spa experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, professional manner and confident approach.

Are you warm, organised, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? RUSH Hair & Beauty is looking for a friendly, customer-focused Front of House professional to join our Balham salon.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional, and stylish salon experience.

Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week (including weekend work)

The Role

• Greeting clients and delivering exceptional customer service
• Managing appointments and maintaining the salon schedule
• Answering phone calls, emails, and client enquiries
• Supporting the salon team with administrative tasks
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional reception area
• Ensuring every client feels valued from arrival to departure

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a customer service or front of house role (salon or spa experience preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Friendly, professional, and confident manner
• Proficient computer skills; experience with booking systems is an advantage
• Availability to work weekends
