Qualifications

• Lead and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Hold pre-shift briefings and train staff on any new food & drink products and promotions.
• Assist in implementing and driving promotional activities.
• Coach team members to upsell and enhance guest experience.
• Resolve issues promptly during shifts, with guidance from managers.
• Coordinate with kitchen and door teams to ensure consistent service.

Responsibilities
