We are looking for a Night Hotel Host to join the team here at Bankside Hotel – voted one of the Best Places to Work in Hospitality for 3 years in a row! This role is 4 days on, 4 days off, working 40 hours a week in 12-hour shifts.

What will you be doing?

• Painting a fantastic first impression to guests by providing a welcoming environment for everyone.
• Focusing on guest recognition and developing your guest relations skills.
• Working in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintaining standards with great attention to detail.

What do we expect from you?

Be Natural

• We want our people to be genuine and non-scripted.

• Good command of English; other languages are an advantage.
• Experience with Hotel Opera or similar Hotel PMS systems.
