Reception is the first impression of the hotel a guest will experience, so it is crucial that you and your team provide an outstanding level of service. You’ll be responsible for the guest’s stay, reviewing room allocation, advising on rates, packages, and promotions, handling guest issues and complaints, and maximizing revenue.
Oxford Belfry Hotel & Spa is located in Thame, just outside Oxford and close to the Cotswolds. Our hotel is a 4-star, 154-bedroom property with the Spires restaurant, bar & lounge area, offering afternoon tea, private dining, and meeting and event spaces. Leisure facilities include a gym, pool, sauna, tennis courts, and an Elemis spa.
