Job summary

wagamama is seeking a part-time Front of House Manager in Milton Keynes. You will lead with energy, orchestrate service, and inspire your team to deliver unforgettable guest experiences.

You’ll work closely with the management team to run a vibrant restaurant, plan shifts, coach staff, and monitor labour to keep the operation performing at its best. This role includes a supportive culture with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading front-of-house teams in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to coach and develop staff while maintaining high standards.
• Proven track record of planning shifts and managing labour costs.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
