Mercury Theatre is seeking a Deputy Head of Customer Experience to lead our busy Front of House team and enhance the patron experience. In this role you will help drive commercial growth through exceptional service and situational decision-making in a dynamic theatre environment.

You will oversee FOH operations on duty, manage and develop staff, and collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of guest care in a lively events setting.
