Welcome Break is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to oversee guest services across reception and housekeeping. You will motivate the team, ensure smooth shift operations and uphold high hotel standards.

The role offers an hourly rate of £13.35 plus a £10 meal allowance, with flexible part-time hours and opportunities for progression. On-site parking and employee discounts are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing hotel, hospitality or supervisory role.
• Positive leadership to motivate the team and set a good example.
• Ability to support Hotel Manager with day‑to‑day tasks and operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage reception and housekeeping to keep shifts running smoothly.
• Lead by example and maintain high guest service standards.
• Support hotel operations and day‑to‑day tasks under the Hotel Manager.
• Resolve guest queries professionally and promptly.
