Job summary

Vicolo Lounge, part of Loungers plc, is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to lead shifts, support managers and ensure top-notch service. If you love the buzz of hospitality and aim to move into management, this role is for you, based in Andover.

We offer up to £13.30 per hour plus tips, paid breaks, a free meal on every shift, and 50% off food & drinks from day one. There are genuine development opportunities across our growing brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurants, bars, cafés or coffee shops preferred.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Availability for evenings and weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the floor during busy shifts to ensure smooth service.
• Support the management team with opening/closing duties and standards across the floor.
• Coach, guide and motivate the team so everyone knows their role.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, presentation and cash handling processes.
• Handle customer queries or complaints confidently to turn visits into great experiences.
• Drive sales by managing the bar/pass and contributing to a Lounge that the local community loves.
