Job summary

Visto Lounge, part of Loungers plc, is hiring a Front of House Supervisor to lead shifts, ensure smooth service and a welcoming atmosphere. This is an exciting step for someone progressing from Senior Server or FOH roles into management.

You will guide the team, support managers, and help keep customers happy while maintaining quality across the lounge. Benefits include pay up to £13.30/hr + tips from day one, staff meals and local perks.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, particularly front of house roles in restaurants, bars or cafes.
• Ability to lead a team during busy service and maintain high standards.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front during busy shifts to ensure great service.
• Support management with day-to-day operations and maintain floor standards.
• Coach and motivate team members, clarifying roles and responsibilities.
• Monitor cleanliness, presentation, food safety, allergens and cash handling.
• Handle customer queries or complaints confidently to turn visits into positives.
• Assist in driving sales and managing the bar and pass responsibilities.

What You’ll Do

• Lead from the front during busy shifts, helping the team deliver great service and keep everything running smoothly
• Support the management team with the day-to-day operation of the lounge, from opening and closing tasks to keeping standards high across the floor
• Help coach, guide and motivate the team, making sure everyone knows their role and feels confident during service
• Keep a close eye on the detail, including cleanliness, presentation, food safety, allergens and cash handling processes
• Step in to handle customer queries or complaints confidently, always aiming to turn a good visit into a great one
• Play your part in driving sales, managing the bar and pass, and helping create a Lounge that your local community loves coming back to
