Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality with front of house exposure.
• Ability to lead a team on a busy floor during shifts.
• Customer-focused approach with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front during busy shifts to deliver great service.
• Support management with day-to-day lounge operations and standards.
• Coach and motivate the team to ensure confident service.
• Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and cash handling processes.
• Handle customer queries or complaints and turn visits into great experiences.
• Assist in driving sales and manage the bar and pass during shifts.
