Job summary

Maki & Ramen in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Floor Supervisor to support front-of-house operations and lead a team during busy service. Qualifications

Experience in supervisory or senior FOH role in hospitality.

Responsibilities

Support the day-to-day running of front-of-house service, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Lead, motivate, and guide the team during service to maintain high hospitality standards.
Deliver excellent customer service and handle guest feedback or concerns professionally.
Ensure cleanliness, organisation, and presentation standards are consistently maintained.
Assist with staff training, onboarding, and ongoing development.
Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service flow.
Help monitor stock levels, team performance, and operational procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and food hygiene standards.
