What you'll bring to the team

Front of House Host

Location:Thorpe Park, KT16 8PN

Hours:Full time fully flexible, Full time Mon-Fri & Part time

Contract Type:Seasonal, until November 2025

In this role, you will be a part of the team which plays a pivotal role in delivering a safe and fun experience for millions of guests at THORPE PARK. You will be in a front-line position providing excellent customer service whilst also delivering memorable experiences. You will assist in maintaining our high standards of presentation within our areas, by keeping them clean and tidy for our guests.

In Front of House, your focus will be to ensure a smooth and seamless entry and exit for every guest that joins us at the resort. Through ensuring the efficient operation of the car park, assisting them with their tickets, as well as assisting with any Annual pass enquiries.

Qualifications & Experience

• High level of motivation both self and in a team.
• Team Player.
• Uphold required standards in fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Interpersonal and relationship building skills within team and networking with other employees at the resort.
• Problem solving and decision-making techniques.

Compensation between GBP £8.00/Hr.-GBP £12.21/Hr.
