Job summary

BaxterStorey UK is seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator for Harpenden. The role is 30 hours per week, focusing on delivering exceptional front-of-house hospitality and seamless client experience.

You will cover reception, welcome visitors, and manage bookings, ensuring rooms and facilities are prepared to high standards, while communicating updates to stakeholders and contributing to a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Corporate or 5* hotel reception environment.
• Independent and self-managing worker.
• Strong customer service skills; a great networker.
• Professional/confident telephone manner and excellent oral & written communication skills.
• Good command of written & spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Cover Front of House and Reception services for our client’s office.
• Welcome and greet all visitors and clients.
• Assist with internal/external bookings with full meeting room accountability.
• Ensure meeting rooms, services, VC, facilities and public areas meet expected standards.
• Own room set ups, including moving flexible furniture as needed.
• Be aware of room status in client rooms and support internal rooms for the next booking.
• Provide/report information on available facilities and arrange viewings.
• Maintain awareness of business activity and communicate updates to stakeholders.
