Job summary

Butcombe Boutique Inns, part of the Butcombe Group, is seeking a friendly Front of House Team Member to join our dynamic pub and restaurant team. You’ll deliver warm, efficient service in a fast-paced environment and help create memorable guest experiences.

You’ll greet guests, serve food and drinks across bar and dining areas, assist with setup and close-down, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and work with colleagues to keep service smooth and welcoming.

• Support busy shifts to ensure fast, organized service.
• Restock and manage glassware before service.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and licensing standards.
• Work with the team to keep a positive, energetic environment.
• Bring personality and a can-do attitude to every shift.
