Tesco Café is looking for a Front of House team member to deliver friendly, efficient service in a busy Tesco Café in the UK. You will serve hot and cold drinks, assist with food service, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers quickly, efficiently and with care.
• Resolve customer complaints and relay information to the Café Manager.
• Maintain food freshness by following FIFO stock rotation.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations while keeping daily records.
• Accept deliveries and handle the safe storage of food.
• Be aware of and follow all operational policies and procedures.
• Clear and sanitise tables so the café stays clean.
• Make sure food products are available and menu is understood.
• Prepare hot and cold drinks for customers.
