Job summary

edyn Limited is seeking a friendly and proactive Night Receptionist to join the Locke team in London. You will be the face of the brand, greeting guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure.

Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, you’ll support the night team, manage reservations, and respond to guest inquiries across channels with a positive, can-do attitude. A flexible approach to hours, including weekends, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests on arrival and manages check-in/check-out with warmth and efficiency.
• Assists guests, contractors and visitors, handling inquiries and coordinating with other team members.
• Manages reservations and queries by phone, email, or in person with a can-do attitude.

The role.

Are you a natural host? A people person with next-level organisational skills? Do you get a kick from creating a seamless, welcoming experience?

Reporting to and supportingthe Assistant General Manager, you’ll be a key member of the night reception team and the face of the Locke brand. It’ll be up to you to make our guests feel at home from the minute they arrive, until the minute they leave (if they can bring themselves to do that…).

What it looks like;

• Creating tell-your-mates experiences for guests
• Being a friendly face and go-to person for guests, contractors and visitors
• Inspiring and informing guests on local attractions and goings-on
• Welcoming guests when you check them in and leaving a great impression when you check them out
• Managing reservations and queries online, by email, on the phone and in person with a can-do attitude
