Job summary

Harrods Wellness Clinic is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Operations Manager and lead the Front of House team in delivering exceptional sales, service and guest experience. You will coach staff, monitor performance, and ensure the team has the tools to perform effectively while maintaining Harrods’ renowned standards.

The role involves senior-level handling of customer issues, complex complaints and inquiries at the Front of House, with a focus on providing a seamless and luxurious

About the Role

The Assistant Manager within the Wellness Clinic is responsible for supporting the Operations Manager driving the Front of House team to deliver exceptional sales, service and experience for all customers. They will coach and work with the Front of House team to improve performance and service given to customers through ensuring they have the right tools to deliver in their role effectively.
