• Assist with bar and kitchen work as needed.
• Help maintain communal areas clean and tidy.
• Assist retail team with guest passport documentation.

Job description

Sporting big smiles, our Front of House Assistants welcome our guests upon arrival at the resort and check them into their Princess Suites, Dinosaur Dens, Pirate Cabins and Safari Lodges.

You'll offer assistance toguests duringtheir entirestay, ensuringthat everysleepover experience is comfortable, enjoyable and magical.

You'll handle telephoneenquiries,help with special requests and daily administrative tasks. And as part of the front of house team, you'll also assist with bar and kitchen work where necessary, and help tokeep communal areas clean and tidy.

You'll also assist our retail team with helping guests fill out passports and input them into our system.
