Job summary

Rutland County Council is seeking a Social Worker to join the Adult Social Care Contact and Response Team in Oakham. This 2-year fixed-term post offers 37 hours per week and a front-line role delivering strengths-based assessments and support planning to promote independence and timely intervention.

You will work with partner agencies to ensure people receive the right support at the right time, undertaking Care Act assessments and providing information, advice and signposting to individuals.
