Job summary

Courtyard by Marriott Exeter is seeking a Front Desk/Guest Services Associate to handle guest check-ins, payments, and room assignments at our Sandy Park Way location. You will ensure accurate guest accounts, apply Marriott Rewards details, and secure payments before key issuance.

You will also guide guests with information about the property, resolve requests, balance cash, and help train team members while upholding privacy and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Process all guest check-ins, verifying guest identity, form of payment, assigning room, and issuing room key.
• Set up accurate accounts for each guest according to their requirements and enter Marriott Rewards information.
• Secure payment prior to issuing room key and balance & close daily cash reports.
• Provide guests with directions and property information and respond to requests promptly.
• Assist management in training, coaching, and maintaining professional standards and confidentiality.

Education
