What You'll Do:

  • Greet patients with warmth and professionalism — you’ll be the first impression of our clinic
  • Manage busy dental and nursing diaries to ensure the clinic runs smoothly
  • Deliver an exceptional standard of service and patient care
  • Take initiative, prioritise tasks, and support your colleagues with energy and confidence

What We’re Looking For:

  • A can-do attitude and a passion for outstanding service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • At least 1 year of customer service and admin experience
  • Ambition and drive to grow personally and professionally
  • Excellent phone manner and organisational ability
