Job summary

Nuffield Health Ilford FWC is seeking a Front of House Team Member to warmly greet members and visitors and provide excellent customer care. You will help run the reception and café areas and contribute to a friendly, professional atmosphere.

You should have strong communication, basic IT skills (Word/Excel), and be flexible with shifts. A Lifeguard training program may be needed on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is desirable.
• Strong communication skills, both face-to-face and on the phone.
• Basic computer skills including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional and efficient customer service to everyone who visits our club.
• Support the smooth running of our reception and café areas.
• Help us create a friendly, relaxing and professional environment.
• Give a warm welcome, answering queries in a caring and helpful way.
• Support the café team with preparing and serving fresh, healthy food and drinks.
• Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo training at site for Lifeguard breaks.
