Hamberley Care Management Limited is seeking a Receptionist for Charrington Manor, a luxury care home offering residential, dementia and nursing care in Long Byfleet. You will be the welcoming face of the home, directing visitors and ensuring smooth communication with residents and families.

We value a caring, patient approach and strong MS Office skills; you will handle calls and assist with administrative tasks while upholding high presentation standards in a warm, collaborative team

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service/reception or similar role.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel).
• A caring, patient and respectful demeanor.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct visitors, family members, residents and contractors in the home.
• Be the first point of contact for visitors and third parties; route queries as needed.
• Answer incoming calls, document or redirect them appropriately.
