You will greet residents and visitors with a smile, answer calls and emails, manage sign-in and deliveries, and support light administrative tasks to ensure a smooth resident experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a front-of-house or receptionist role (hospitality, care or hotel setting a bonus).
• A calm, confident manner and a talent for putting people at ease.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Discretion, professionalism, and a natural instinct for great service.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, visitors, and colleagues with warmth, professionalism, and a friendly smile.
• Answer calls, emails and face-to-face queries promptly and helpfully—always with a personal touch
• Manage front-of-house systems including sign-in, bookings, post, and deliveries
• Maintain a beautifully presented reception area that reflects the standard of the home
• Support general administrative tasks, from printing and filing to light diary coordination
• Work closely with care, hospitality, and management teams to ensure smooth communication and a joined-up resident experience
