Daish’s Holidays is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our front-of-house team at our UK hotels. You’ll be the first and last point of contact for guests, delivering a warm welcome and outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Previous reception or hotel experience is helpful but isn't essential.
• Friendly, confident and passionate about providing excellent customer service.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests with friendly, professional front-of-house service.
• Meeting, greeting and responding to the needs of guests to ensure they receive excellent customer service.
• Answering telephone calls and operating the hotel switchboard.
• Handling guest queries and issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintaining a clean, welcoming reception area.
