The Celtic Collection is seeking a friendly Hotel Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our property in Wales. You will manage guest check-in/out, respond to enquiries and promote hotel facilities to ensure memorable stays.

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service and guest care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence using computer systems and handling administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, professional manner and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Respond to guest enquiries in person, by phone and by email.
• Promote hotel facilities and services to enhance the guest experience.
• Liaise with Housekeeping and other departments to fulfil guest requests.
• Handle reservations and out-of-hours enquiries.
