Job summary

The Police Treatment Centres is seeking a motivated individual to join our front-of-house team as a Bank Reception. You will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors and staff, creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our brand values.

Qualifications

• Team player with good typing and IT skills.
• Able to work unsupervised.
• Reception experience preferred but not essential; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide admissions support by processing online patient applications and bookings.
• Register patients and guests on arrival and departure and answer enquiries.
• Handle enquiries from beneficiaries and provide information in-person, by phone or email.
• Receive and distribute mail and process cash and card payments.
• Sign in visitors and maintain a secure reception area.
• Maintain front door security, act as Fire warden, and report suspicious activity.
• Represent the charity with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
