Job summary

Tesco UK is seeking a Customer Delivery Driver to bring groceries to customers’ homes. You’ll work independently most of the day, with support from managers and teammates at base when needed.

Pay starts at £14.18 per hour, rising to £15.45 in stores within the M25. A minimum of 16 hours per week is guaranteed, with some roles in the 12-hour range. You must hold a valid UK driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 3 points.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering to customers and maintaining high service standards.
• Full or automatic UK driving licence held for 12 months with up to 3 penalty points.
• Comfort with physically active, hands-on work and driving duties.

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries to customers within scheduled time windows.
• Keep van, trays and work area clean and organised for quality delivery.
• Communicate clearly with customers about orders and substitutions as needed.
• Handle products with care to ensure orders reach customers in good condition.
• Provide warm, friendly service at the doorstep and build good team relations.
