Job summary

Tesco is seeking Customer Delivery Drivers to greet customers at their homes and deliver orders with care and a smile. The role offers independence with a supportive team, and a minimum weekly hours guarantee along with pay in the range of £14.18–£15.45 per hour depending on location. Flexible shifts and store-based opportunities are available.

Typical duties include loading, delivering on time, handling substitutions, and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Keep the van and work area clean and organized to ensure correct deliveries.
• Load the van safely and perform checks to ensure roadworthiness.
• Explain order changes and substitutions to customers and arrange refunds when needed.
• Handle products with care and maintain order quality and trust.
• Meet customers within their time slot and provide warm, courteous doorstep service.
