Job summary

drnewitt.vincere.io in Kent seeks two proactive Supply Chain Coordinators to join a market-leading Fresh Produce business. The site-based role links commercial, sales, procurement, technical and production teams, supporting end-to-end supply chain activities.

Responsibilities include aligning stock with production plans, monitoring supply stages and using Excel and SAP to deliver updates, optimise stock, and drive continuous improvements across operations.

Qualifications

• A background in supply chain, logistics, or operations within FMCG is preferred, with fresh produce exposure desired.
• Strong numerical and analytical capability with proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
• Attention to detail, good time-management under pressure, and ability to build rapport with teams.

Responsibilities

• Align stock availability with production plans and customer demand across channels.
• Act as a conduit between sales, procurement, technical, and operations to optimise stock and fulfilment.
• Monitor supply chain stages, anticipate risks and opportunities to maintain high service levels.
• Analyse daily stock and supply data using MS Excel to present clear operational updates.
• Resolve operational challenges quickly, balancing customer requirements with site capacity.
• Support continuous improvement projects across commercial and logistics functions.
