Job summary

Tailor Made Resources is assisting a London-based Fresh Produce supplier to recruit a Procurement Coordinator. The role offers a dynamic environment where you will support the procurement team from purchase orders through ERP data, liaising with growers and planning to ensure stock accuracy and timely deliveries.

The ideal candidate will have FMCG exposure, a meticulous approach, and strong IT skills. Monday to Friday, with a salary up to £35k plus excellent benefits.

Responsibilities

• Support management across the procurement process to ensure an effective supply chain.
• Assist with seasonal reviews and programmes for each variety and supplier.
• Work with logistics and planning to ensure accurate stock information.
• Manage purchase orders and stock data through the ERP system Prophet.
• Liaise with growers to ensure accurate volumes and arrival data.
• Offer pricing and costing models on a weekly basis.

• Ability to work with attention to detail, in a fast-paced environment
• Strong IT skills with exposure to ERP systems
