Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control in fresh produce or food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety standards.
• Familiarity with traceability, non-conformances and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Check and record the quality of incoming raw materials and products.
• Ensure products meet quality and specification standards.
• Review labelling for accuracy and compliance with specs.
• Maintain QA records and calibration of equipment.
• Support investigations into non-conformances and customer complaints.
