Job summary

WR Engineering is hiring a Product Quality Assurance Technician to support a busy fresh produce operation. You will help ensure every product leaving site meets the highest standards of quality, legality and food safety, working closely with production teams.

The role covers monitoring quality throughout packing, recording checks, supporting investigations into non-conformances and customer complaints, and contributing to continuous improvement with the QA team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a food manufacturing or fresh produce QA role.
• Soft fruit experience is desirable.
• Keen eye for detail and commitment to food safety.

Responsibilities

• Carry out quality checks on raw materials and finished products.
• Monitor packing line standards and identify quality or labeling issues.

We're looking for a Product Quality Assurance Technician to join a busy, fast-paced fresh produce operation, helping to ensure every product leaving site meets the highest standards of quality, legality and food safety.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with QA experience in food manufacturing or fresh produce who enjoys being hands‑on and working closely with production teams.

The Role

As part of the Quality team, you'll be responsible for monitoring product quality throughout the packing process, carrying out checks, maintaining accurate records and supporting investigations into any quality issues. You'll play a key role in ensuring products are packed, labelled and released to the highest standards.

What You'll Be Doing

• Carrying out quality checks on raw materials and finished products.
