Job summary

Asda is seeking a Fresh Manager to lead the Fresh department in store, ensuring highest shop floor standards, waste control, and date code compliance. You will guide a team, drive performance, and ensure legal safety and customer satisfaction on a 45-hour weekly schedule.

You will oversee trading activities, coach staff, and foster a culture of selling with heart. The role requires weekend and evening availability and a passion for exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience as Team Leader or Supervisor in a retail environment.
• Knowledge of improving availability, reducing waste, and managing shrink.
• Leadership and coaching to develop a high-performing team.
• Ability to drive trading activity and store standards.
