Qualifications

• Experience in consultancy, technical solution design, technical product delivery, or Service Transition within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly and challenge constructively when required.
• Essential: Fluent French language skills to work with French-speaking customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-sales engagements: Represent GIS across pre-sales opportunities and contribute to bid processes.
• Translate customer requirements into clear, actionable solution designs for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Promote standards and provide consultancy to align customer requirements with GIS tooling.
• Provide accurate solution inputs, assumptions and information to help stakeholders understand scope, effort and cost.
• Identify opportunities to improve tooling solutions, processes and ways of working for better customer outcomes.
• Build effective working relationships with customers, project teams and internal stakeholders, and provide timely updates.
